Office Fit-Out, Avenue HQ, Leeds

Fine Lines Decorating was appointed to deliver the full internal decoration for Avenue HQ, a modern co-working and office space in the heart of Leeds City Centre. The project included the decoration of a large open-plan office area, reception, meeting rooms, new coffee shop and toilet facilities, along with two staircases spanning five floors of the building.

A key part of the works involved spraying all ceilings and exposed services to achieve a sleek, modern industrial look in the open-plan areas. This required careful coordination with other trades to ensure clean lines and full coverage while maintaining a consistent finish throughout.

We also completed all wall and woodwork finishes across the office space and communal areas, applying durable, high-quality coatings suited to a high-traffic commercial environment. The staircases were treated with hard-wearing products to ensure longevity while maintaining a professional appearance across all levels.

The finished space reflects Avenue HQ’s vibrant and contemporary brand, combining modern design with practical finishes to support a busy, collaborative work culture.
