Fine Lines Decorating was appointed by Consensus Workspace to complete the painting and decorating for a high-spec office fit-out on the 10th floor of Orange Tower in MediaCity, covering 16,500 sq. ft. The project involved spraying the exposed ceiling bed to achieve a modern industrial finish, applying high-quality paint throughout the workspace, and installing bespoke wallpapers to enhance the office’s premium aesthetic.
Working at height and coordinating with multiple trades posed challenges, but our experienced team executed a phased approach to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption. Utilising specialist spray-painting techniques and high-end materials, we delivered a flawless finish on schedule. The completed space met the client’s high standards, reinforcing Fine Lines Decorating’s reputation for excellence in commercial office fit-outs.
